Compress downloads with zip rather than gz

Dear CZID team.

It would be handy if CSV downloads were compressed with zip rather than gz (possibly as an option for the user). While I can handle gzipped files, many potential users in my group are Windows users and would not have a clue how to handle gzip files (not to mention, no permission to install extra utilities programs for decompressing gzip).

However, for read files, gzip is compatible with our standard tools.
