Dear IDseq dev team,
Occasionally, for whatever the reason, bulk-uploading encounters errors and halts.
When this happens, the file names are still stored within the project and creates an entry of "WAITING" files (essentially empty data) that are pending data upload.
Unfortunately, I can't re-upload unless I change the names of original files OR delete these temp files via IDseq web-browser interface.
I am so happy that now we can select multiple files (rather than ticking them individually within project folder). However, it seems the delete function, still can only be done one-by-one. I can only find the option to delete these temp files, AFTER I enter each file individually.
It would be super helpful if there was a way to group delete the "WAITING" files so I can re-upload easily. Something via commandline/web-browser or both would be fantastic!
