How to export all the coverage depth and coverage breadth

Hi ID Seq,

 

Is there an easy way to export (into a .csv file) all my coverage breadth and coverage depth results for all my SARS-CoV-2 samples from all my SARS-CoV-2 pipeline projects?- Instead of doing this one by one.
