Sorting Projects
- Navigate to a list of projects (i.e. My Data > Projects)
- Choose a data column by which to sort. Click the caret to sort the column.
- Click the caret again to reverse the sorting process.
Sorting Samples
Sorting samples can help you quickly organize your samples. For example, you can sort to find consensus genomes with the best % called or identify samples with low # of total reads.
- Navigate to a list of samples (i.e. click into a Project)
- Choose a data column to sort. Click the caret to sort the column.
- Click the caret again to reverse the sorting process.
Filtering by Taxon Threshold
Filtering on the Projects or Samples page can be useful to quickly find samples with pathogens of interest to include in phylogenetic trees or heatmaps. You can search for samples that contain taxa at certain thresholds (i.e.NT rPM > 100; NR rPM >1). Learn more about filtering here.
To use the taxon threshold filter on the Projects and the Samples page.
- Select a taxon from the dropdown. When multiple taxa are selected, results will show samples that contain at least one of the selected taxa.
- Add threshold values. When multiple thresholds are added, results will show samples that meet all of the applied thresholds.
Filtering by Annotation
Annotation Filtering can be used independently or in tandem with the taxon threshold filter. To use the annotation filter, select an annotation type to filter by.
When used in tandem with the taxon threshold filter, you can make a query such as finding samples that contain Klebsiella that also meet NT rPM >= 800 AND have been annotated as a hit.
