Go to the Downloads page to keep track of downloaded files.
To navigate to the Downloads page:
1. Click on the dropdown menu by your username. This menu includes links to the Downloads page, CZ ID Help Center and our Terms and Privacy Policy among others.
2. Click on Downloads in the dropdown menu.
3. You are now on the Downloads page. This page displays a table of all of the downloads you have initiated. For each download, you should see the name, date on which the download was started, # of samples included, file size, and progress. Please note that files available through the Downloads page will be deleted after 7 days of creating the download.
Notes:
- If the status of your download is “Complete with issue”, hover over the status to see more details.
- If the status of your download is “Complete with issue” or “Failed”, you can contact us using the contact link in your account menu to learn more about why there was a problem with your download.
- To download files to your local computer, click on the Download File link in the right-most column. This should initiate downloading the file to your computer.
- If you have a download that is currently in progress, you will see a progress bar in the right-most column. You may need to refresh your browser to see updated progress.
- If you wish to view more details about the download, click on Details underneath the download name. A side panel should appear on the right-side of the page with additional details about the sample. See the Details tab in the side panel, to view the # of samples, the file format of the download, as well as a list of samples included in the download.
