Overview
Bulk download files prepared by CZ ID will be sent to the Downloads page, where you can keep track of file download status and download files. Download files will be available for 7 days.
View Download Status and Download Files
To navigate to the Downloads page to view the download file status and download the files to your device:
1) Click the dropdown menu by your username.
2) Click on Downloads in the dropdown menu.
3) You are now on the Downloads page. This page displays a table of all of the downloads you have initiated. For each download, you should see the name, status, date on which the download was initiated, number of samples included, file size, and a link to download the file. Please note that files available through the Downloads page will be deleted after 7 days of creating the download.

- Download Link: Use this link to download the file to your computer.
4) Click Details under the download name to view more details about the download. A side panel will appear on the right-side of the page with additional details about the sample. See the Details tab within the side panel, to view the number of samples, the file format, and a list of samples included in the download.
Download Notes:
- If the status of your download is “Complete with issue”, hover over the status to see more details.
- If the status of your download is “Complete with issue” or “Failed”, you can contact us using the contact link in the dropdown menu by your username (see step 1 above) to learn more about why there was a problem with your download.
- The download may fail if there are too many samples. If it fails, try splitting the download into batches.
